Professional golfer Kevin Kisner is living, man. Kisner is currently tied for second on the leaderboard of The PGA Tour Championship, the final event on the PGA Tour at East Lake Golf Course in Atlanta, Ga. Kisner, a University of Georgia alum, took full advantage of playing in Atlanta the weekend his Dawgs were taking on Mississippi State, catching a damn helicopter ride to Athens on Saturday night for the game.

All Kisner had to do to make this happen was put out a simple tweet.
I need a helicopter to take me to Athens tomorrow after the round to make the game. Who has one in ATL?

Golf Channel has more:
With a 1:45 p.m. (ET) tee time at East Lake on Saturday, Kisner, a Georgia alum, was going to be cutting it close if he was going to make the opening kickoff at the Georgia vs. Mississippi State game, which began at 7 p.m.
Within hours, East Lake Golf Club tweeted back, “We have lined up a connection for you. Please see our [general manager] if you still have a need.”
Kisner raced around East Lake in 64 strokes, took a quick shower and was airborne just after 6 p.m. on his way to the big game thanks to Justin Thomas who helped arrange for a local helicopter company – Helicopter Express – to land at the Charlie Yates Golf Course, which is next door to East Lake.
It looks like Kisner, who played on UGA’s 2005 national championship golf team and graduated in 2006, got some pretty good seats, too.

Shoutout to Kisner’s buddy Thomas for making this happen. We’ll see if both Georgia and Kisner can get big wins over the weekend — his tee time for the PGA Tour Championship’s final round is at 1:50 p.m. on Sunday. The golfer who finishes Sunday’s event with the most FedEx Cup points will take home the season-long title and its eight-figure check.
